Thanks to the person who created this thread. Since a search across the internet pulled up nothing about this, maybe its something to start looking into. I posted in another thread and a few others have experienced something similar. I got my partial credit, but my whole take away from this has nothing to do with the loss, it's the fact that a trade went off and i had nothing to do with it, also the fact that the rep tried to ignore my concern with a slap in the face courtesy credit rather than canceling out the faulty glitchy trade that just happened.

Kept implying i made a trading error and i was sour. Throughout the convo he kept saying this is not a known issue and no one ever reported this. Anyway after more bitching, the csr rep only offered me a partial courtesy credit. Obviously no, also I dont pre enter entries on the Dom at predetermined prices. Then he asked if anyone else trades on my account. He then said it came from my device, then later confirmed it was not a hotkey press. I quickly typed away to CSR, and he was like you executed a custom template bracket order and said that i probably punched a hotkey in error, i told him yes i use hotkeys with autosend but it was impossible since i was no where near my keyboard.

I would have known if there was a position waiting to be filled since they show up on my charts as entry, target, and stop. I checked my balance and it was confirmed. I am a hot key trader and was no where near my keyboard when a TOS trade alert went off indicating a trade then as I went in to figure out what had just happened, another alert popped up and said i was stopped out resulting in a loss. Ive experienced a ghost trade in where a trade executed my bracket order out of no where.
